Fox News reports that at least three people were shot, citing comments made by Harris County Pct 4 Constable Mark Herman tells me.

According to his office, witnesses reported seeing a black male wearing a yellow shirt and black pants firing a weapon inside the store. A possible suspect has been detained. It’s not clear yet whether this was a targeted or random shooting.

DEVELOPING: Deputies responded to reports of multiple people shot inside a Kroger outside Houston, Texas, on Wednesday afternoon, local police said.
