Washington, D.C., Mayor Muriel Bowser announced on Thursday that citizens will be forced to wear masks in all indoor places beginning Saturday. The order is mandatory regardless of vaccination statusm.
“Things have changed throughout the course of [the pandemic], and we have to adapt too,” Bowser said while announcing the new mandate. “I think it won’t be a big lift for a lot of folks.”
Yet, shortly after midnight the mayor was photographed at a Dave Chappelle concert — unmasked.
It’s all political theater, folks. Do not comply.
