Republican National Committee Chairwoman Ronna Romney McDaniel said they want President Trump out on the campaign trail for the 2019 midterm congressional elections.
“We are definitely going to take the president out on the campaign trail in November to help us maintain those majorities so he can accomplish his agenda,” McDaniel said Monday on The Todd Starnes Show.
Contrary to reporting by the Mainstream Media, the president is extremely popular and has extraordinary support among the Republican base.
“We see the popularity of the president every month in our online fundraising – our small dollar fundraising,” McDaniel said.
In June, the RNC reported the highest small dollar online fundraising in party history, she said.
“That’s because of President Trump and his message,” McDaniel told me. “He motivates our base and they are very supportive of him.”
That’s all well and good — but if the Republicans don’t repeal Obamacare — not even President Trump will be able to save the day.
