Remember when the mainstream media falsely blamed Sarah Palin’s political map for the shooting of Gabby Giffords in 2011?
The New York Times apparently didn’t learn their lesson after all these years, and the former Alaska Governor and vice presidential candidate, the target of their false claim in an editorial published after the GOP shooting, is suing the Times for defamation, claiming the Gray Lady “violated the law and its own policies.”
Fox News senior political analyst Brit Hume weighed in on Twitter, saying there’s a “high bar” for Palin to win the case.
