President Trump loves Old Glory.
One of my favorite photos of our president was taken as he embraced the American flag on stage during a speech.
And while there’s an American flag perched atop the White House – the president said that it just wasn’t enough – not for such a magnificent place as the White House.
“The White House opened in about 1800, just a tad before that, and I’ve always said, why doesn’t it have a flagpole from the grass?” the president said.
So, today the president had workers install two massive flag poles – 100-feet tall. One on the north lawn and another on the south lawn. Watch below and click here to follow my YouTube television channel.
Not just any flag poles, mind you. The president described the poles as tall, tapered, rust proof, and of the highest quality.
A gift paid for by the president on behalf of the American people.
Liberals are enraged. The Daily Beast called it monstrous.
But thanks to President Trump – the star-spangled banner will wave over land of the free, the home of the brave and the White House.
