The images coming from London have been stomach-turning.
Videos and photographs showed broken bodies strewn about the Westminster Bridge. Terrified tourists and locals ran for their lives. Bystanders, covered in blood, could be seen trying in vain to save a police officer — who was viciously stabbed.
The savagery of the alleged jihadist was breathtaking — and yet all too familiar.
Men and women on British soil were slaughtered and severely wounded in the name of the religion of peace.
The British are no strangers to the evil work of the jihadists – nor are we. American cities have also been turned into killing fields for the Islamic radicals.
Orlando, Fort Hood, Chattanooga, San Bernardino, Boston. New York City, Washington, D.C. The list goes on and on.
And yet if you believe Hollywood and the Mainstream Media, patriotic Protestants are the real problem — while Muslims are simply misunderstood victims.
Several years ago I reported on a training seminar that military officers were forced to attend during the Obama Administration. That seminar labeled Roman Catholics and Evangelical Christians as possible incubators of domestic terrorism.
Brexit leader Nigel Farage told Fox News Channel the latest terrorist attack in London should be a warning sign for those who oppose vetting immigrants and refugees.
“We’ve made some terrible mistakes in this country,” Farage said, referring to Great Britain.
Farage also had a word of warning to those in this country who oppose any effort to temporarily block refugees from countries that are infested with Islamic radicals.
“Protesters… need to have a long, hard think about what they are doing,” he said, calling lax immigration policies an “open door inviting terrorism.”
There is a reason why President Trump wants to secure our borders. There’s a reason why he wants extreme vetting for refugees from countries infested with jihadists.
It’s not about politics. It’s about public safety.
Take a good look at what happened in the streets of London, folks. That’s the reason why.
President Trump does not want what happened on the Westminster Bridge to happen on the Brooklyn Bridge or the Golden Gate Bridge.
