An 18-year-old boy was killed after he was buried in a sand collapse on a New Jersey beach. Police say the boy’s 17-year-old sister was rescued. Eyewitnesses say rescuers tried to dig the boy out using frisbees. The kids had been digging in the sand when the collapse happened.
