DEVELOPING STORY: An oil tanker crashed and sparked a massive explosion on Interstate 95 in Groton, Connecticut. State Police said a tanker rolled over on the Gold Star Bridge. At least one person is dead and several others are injured. Traffic is at a standstill on the interstate. Firefighters from as far away as Rhode Island were dispatched to help battle other fires that broke out as a result of the explosion.
