The White House released a Twitter video bragging that the cost of a “4th of July BBQ” is down sixteen cents from last year.
The Biden video included baked beans, vanilla ice cream, lemonade, pork chops and ground beef in a skillet. There was also a bowl of vanilla ice cream.
What sort of holiday spread is that?
Where were the hot dogs and burgers? What about the potato salad and apple pie?
But the broader issue is that many Americans won’t be able to afford the Biden Administration’s disgusting holiday barbecue because they will have used their discretionary funding to pay for gasoline.
“Apparently, no one at the Biden @WhiteHouse has been to the gas station recently. The average price for a gallon of gas is $3.15. This is the HIGHEST price for a gallon of gas since 2014 and a 42% INCREASE from last year,” Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) wrote on Twitter.
And for the record, it’s called Independence Day.
