The 2022 midterm elections are projected to be so devastating for Democrats that President Biden invited a transgender activist to the White House for help.
Dylan Mulvaney, a biological man who thinks he’s a girl, interviewed the president inside the White House on Thursday. Watch below.
Mulvaney, who is also a TikTok star, posted before and after videos on social media. The White House is expected to release video and photos of the interview later this weekend.
“It’s day 222 of Being a Girl. I’m in Washington, DC and I’m going to the White House to speak to the President of the United States!!! Well, you know, that phrase, I fear I may have flown too close to the sun. Well, that’s how I feel today because I get to sit down with Joe Biden. And NowThis News and I get to ask him a few questions surrounding trans issues in the United States and talk to him about my trans-ness and I really just want to represent my community the best that I can,” he wrote.
“And you know what, as silly as I am on here, I’m ready to step up and show that trans people are not going anywhere,” he said. “And that trans kids, they deserve a fighting chance to be their true selves.”
Mulvaney then unveiled the outfit he would be wearing to the White House.
“Here you go. It’s the trans flag colors here,” he said while showing off a white top and cape, accented with a pink kerchief, pale blue slacks and white platforms. “Right. So heels. Okay.”
