The Iranians are having a difficult time understanding that President Trump’s foreign policy is nothing like President Obama’s. This president puts America first.

So when the Iranians threatened to retaliate after U.S. troops killed Qassem Soleimani, the president sent a tersely worded message: do it and your cultural sites will be obliterated.

President Trump vowed to hit 52 targets “at a very high level & important to Iran & the Iranian culture” in honor of the 52 Americans held hostage by the Iranians in 1979.

CNN and the Mainstream Media freaked out — accusing the president of threatening to commit war crimes.

Last night the president explained is rationale.

“They’re allowed to kill our people, they’re allowed to torture and maim our people, they’re allowed to use roadside bombs and blow up our people, and we’re not allowed to touch their cultural sites? It doesn’t work that way,” he said.

CNN is more concerned about a statue getting blown up than an American soldier getting blown up.
