De Blasio: I’m Laying off 22,000 Workers if Feds Don’t Bail Us Out

New York City Mayor Bill De Blasio tells CNN he may have to lay off thousands of city workers if the federal government doesn’t bail out the Big Apple.

“I’m laying off 22,000 city employees from every department by October 1 if I don’t get federal help,” he said. “Time is a wasting.”

Not a single penny, Mr. President.
