Senate Democrats believe your precious daughter should have to share a locker room and bathroom with a burly, bearded man. They believe strong, muscular young men should be allowed to pummel your daughters on the soccer field and basketball court.
Every single Democrat voted against the Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act. It would have required Title IX to treat gender as “recognized based solely on a person’s reproductive biology and genetics at birth.”
The bill was introduced by Alabama Sen. Tommy Tuberville and co-sponsored by more than 40 other Republicans.
“Well, at least now the American people know the truth,” Tuberville wrote on X. “Even after President Trump’s landslide election, Democrats STILL support men competing in women’s sports. This is far from over. I’ll NEVER stop fighting to protect women and girls.”

79 percent of Americans believe men should not compete in women’s sports – but 100 percent of Senate Democrats disagree.
“For decades, Title IX has been instrumental in providing female student-athletes, like my daughter, the opportunity to compete fairly, gain leadership skills and build their confidence,” Sen. Katie Britt (R-AL) said in a statement. “I am disappointed that the Senate failed to move forward on this commonsense bill. I will continue to fight to provide girls and women the opportunity to compete safely in sports for generations to come.”
