The distribution will be managed locally in San Antonio, Texas. Emergency Response Situation Report:
- Catastrophic flash flooding struck Central Texas from July 4–6, 2025, with Kerrville and surrounding Hill Country areas experiencing the most severe impacts. Triggered by remnants of Tropical Storm Barry and mesoscale convective systems, rainfall reached up to 20 inches in 12 hours.
- The Guadalupe River and tributaries surged to historic levels, breaching homes, infrastructure, and summer camps at unprecedent speeds.
