A South Florida supermarket with customers and employees bucking mask mandates are getting outrage from the mainstream media.

NBC News reporter Sam Brock posted a 15-second video showing several customers and employees without masks at Oakes Farms Seed to Table Market in Naples.

“Store sign outside cites ‘medical exemptions,’ we can’t ask questions,” Brock tweeted.

Alfie Oakes, the store’s owner, told the TODAY Show masks don’t work and called the coronavirus death toll “total hogwash.”

The store’s sign out front acknowledges the county’s mask mandate, telling customers they don’t have to wear one if they have a medical condition.

“Those in our lovely government have ordered all persons entering indoor facilities to wear a mask. If you have a medical condition that prevents you from wearing a mask, you are exempt from this order. Due to HIPAA and the 4th Amendment we cannot legally ask you about your medical condition,” it reads.

“Therefore, if we see you without a mask, we will assume you have a medical condition and we will welcome you inside to support our business.”
