Several years ago I wrote in my book, “Culture Jihad: How to Stop the Left From Killing a Nation,” that radical sex and gender revolutionaries were waging a war on the traditional American family.
I was roundly mocked by the Mainstream Media for my prediction that the Left would attempt to erase traditional gender roles. It would soon be against societal norms to refer to someone as mother or father.
I was called absurd by even some of my former colleagues at Fox News by suggesting that the sex and gender revolutionaries would target pronouns.
They laughed at my prediction we would live in a society where it was against the rules to call someone a little boy or little girl.
It’s been two years since “Culture Jihad” was published and no one is laughing now.
The latest attack on motherhood came from Capitol Hill after a U.S. congresswoman urged Americans to start referring to mothers as “birthing people.”
“Every day, Black birthing people and our babies die because our doctors don’t believe our pain,” Rep. Cori Bush (D-MO” wrote on Twitter. “My children almost became a statistic. I almost became a statistic. I testified about my experience @OversightDems today. Hear us. Believe us. Because for so long, nobody has.”
Sadly, Congresswoman Bush’s birthing person apparently conceived an honest-to-goodness moron.
And if you wished your mother a “Happy Birthing Person Day,” she has the right to knock you upside your backside with a cast iron skillet.
