The Republican Party has a big problem with hero worship – and it has nothing to do with President Trump.
Joe Rogan and Tim Pool are two very popular podcasters and they have drawn fire from conservatives after backing away from President Trump.
Pool announced on X that he plans on voting for Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. And Joe Rogan says he’s supporting RFK, Jr., too.

It’s not all that much of a surprise. Rogan said recently that he believed Kamala Harris will beat Trump in November.
The problem is not Joe Rogan or Tim Pool. Both men are patriotic Americans. They love their country and they have a right to back whichever candidate they want.
The problem is Republican voters – and especially Conservatives. We constantly put new political converts up on a pedestal and worship them like they are Ronald Reagan come back from the grave.
And then, when they stray from the party, heartbroken voters say they’ve been betrayed.
Evangelical Christians have the exact same problem with hero worship. Don’t believe me? When was the last time any Baptist churches invited Kayne West to preach a revival meeting? I rest my case.
