Just hours after winning a gold medal in men’s basketball, LeBron James showed up at a local Paris restaurant. A young boy was there and approached James for a photo.
James dressed down the kid and told him to stop – while a member of his entourage shoved the kid aside.
This is the same professional athlete who sat down during the national anthem in 2023 and in 2020 he joined many other NBA players by taking a knee during the Star-Spangled Banner.
He treated that young kid with the same amount of respect as he does for the United States of America.
LeBron is no doubt an incredibly gifted athlete – one of the best. But let’s get real – he earns a paycheck for dribbling a ball and putting it in a hoop. It’s not exactly brain surgery.
