Bannon predicted he will be more powerful inside the prison walls. He urged MAGA fans to spend their time focused on winning the election and dwell on his imprisonment.
Bannon defied a subpoena from the House J-6 committee. He was found in contempt of Congress. He becomes the second former Trump White House aide to serve time in prison.
Peter Navarro is already serving a four-month prison sentence for the same crime – contempt of Congress.

Attorney General Merrick Garland was also found to be in contempt of Congress, but the Biden Justice Department refused to prosecute the case.
So, Garland will not be going to jail – for committing the same crime as Bannon and Navarro. Both men are literally political prisoners of the Biden Administration.
And so are the pro-lifers who were arrested for praying at an abortion clinic.
President Biden has weaponized the judicial system to take down not only pro-lifers, but also law-abiding gun owners and parents who are concerned about the radical LGBT indoctrination happening in public schools. And they have also infiltrated Catholic churches and threatened to arrest pastors who refused to shut down their churches during Covid.
Honestly, it is the American people who should hold Congress and Biden in contempt.
