WATCH: Hundreds of Patriotic Kentucky Teenagers Sing the Star-Spangled Banner

Just before 11 p.m. hundreds of high school students from across the Commonwealth of Kentucky gathered to perform an a cappella version of The Star-Spangled Banner. You can watch the video below. It is incredibly moving.

The students are part of the All-State High School Choir – in Louisville for the annual Kentucky Music Educators Convention.

And it’s become a tradition for the young singers to gather on balconies inside the atrium of the 18-story Hyatt-Regency hotel.

“Beautiful, gentle, and powerful,” one observer wrote on Facebook. “

What a blessing to see and hear so many American teenagers giving proof that our flag is still there.
