‘We Wanted Poetry!’ Dems Rage Over White House UFCFreedom250 Fight

All the beta males on the Sunday news shows were upset because President Trump is hosting a UFC fight at the White House instead of a poetry slam or a ballet recital.
David Brooks, the oat milk latte-sipping elitist, whined on PBS that America’s culture was in decline.
“I first thought of, like, who are the artists John F. Kennedy brought to the White House,” he said on PBS. “It was like W.H. Auden, Robert Frost, Jerome Robbins, Leonard Bernstein. And now we have got cage fighting. Don’t anybody say America’s in cultural decline.”

I don’t seem to remember Mr. Brooks being this ruffled when Biden invited a topless transgender activist to frolic on the White House lawn or when the cast of Ru Paul was given the platform at the White House Press Briefing Room.
Jonathan Capehart accused President Trump of “degrading the culture.”
“This is degrading the White House, degrading the people’s house. And it’s just unconscionable that this has happened,” he said.
UFC is one of the most popular sports in the nation among young, red-blooded American men. And that’s the rub. More than 80,000 fans showed up to watch the fight on giant screens erected on the Ellipse.
But the Alphabet Activists that turned American boys into girls is enraged that masculinity is on display at the White House. Muscular fighters. Beautiful Octagon girls. Gender order has been restored.
That’s why elitist snobs like Mr. Brooks and Mr. Capehart have their pantaloons in a twist.
They would much rather the White House host an emotional support group for men, with lots of hugging, weeping and perhaps a rowdy evening of singing Broadway show tunes.
Far Left critics seethed that the gorgeous Octagon girls were dressed in attire that was inspired by Old Glory. The Daily Beast raged that the outfits flaunted U.S. Flag Code. Another said Betsy Ross was turning over in her grave.
“The goal was to blend strength, athleticism, glamour, and American heritage into a wardrobe language that felt sophisticated, powerful, and unmistakably iconic,” designer Marina Toybina told Maxim.
The red, white and blue outfits were not a violation of the U.S. Flag Code and the outrage from the left is a bit ironic seeing how they prefer to burn, not salute the flag. And they were probably offended that UFC did not invite any morbidly obese gals with magenta hair and body piercings to participate.
It’s really unfortunate that anyone could find fault with an all-American event that brought tens of thousands of regular Americans to our nation’s capitol where the military was on full display.
I shudder to imagine what the America 250 celebration would have looked like had former Vice President Kamala Harris won the 2024 presidential election. Bravo would’ve broadcast a drag show on the South Lawn with musical performances by the San Francisco Gay Men’s Chorus.
Aren’t you glad Donald J. Trump is our president?
