North Carolina District Attorney Andrew Womble called the police shooting death of Andrew Brown “tragic, but justified” Monday in a press conference.
Womble announced no law enforcement officers will be criminally charged in the case, Fox News reports.
Footage shows Brown ignoring deputies’ commands to stop and drove his car directly at one of the officers, Womble explained.
