DEVELOPING: A plane with 21 people on board crashed near the Houston Airport. Reports are all passengers survived with only one person reportedly injured.
The 21 people, which included 18 passengers and three crewmembers, all made it out safe, Waller County Sheriff Troy Guidry told reporters. One person was sent to the hospital with back injuries.
