The mainstream media is touting Vice President Kamala Harris’ address to the Naval Academy in Annapolis as “historic.”
She is the first woman to address the school. But a short clip shared by Jack Posobiec shows Harris might’ve struggled a bit with the teleprompter.
“I can’t ever tell what she is trying to say here,” Posobiec wrote.
However, Harris does end with her signature cackle.
