DEVELOPING STORY: A mass casualty event has been declared after a tornado slammed into a KOA campground packed with Memorial Day travelers. As many as 150 people were believed to be trapped inside a gas station near Interstate 35 in Valley View, Texas. Video shows complete devastation. Multiple big-rigs were overturned on Interstate 35 when the violent, nighttime twister hit. There are reports of dozens of injuries. Search and rescue efforts are underway.
