DEVELOPING STORY: The National Weather Service reports that parts of San Angelo and Concho County have been buried in as much as three feet of hail. The hail was part of a violent storm system that also dropped tornadoes and flooding rains on much of the state. Hail was reportedly as large as baseballs and caused significant damage.
