DEVELOPING STORY: Powerful tornadoes are causing significant damage across parts of Arkansas, Louisiana and Mississippi. Caldwell Parish, La. took a direct hit from the storm and there are reports of multiple injuries. “Complete destruction,” is how one law enforcement source described the damage. There are also reports of many people trapped in their homes east of Columbus, Miss. This post will be updated throughout the evening.
