BREAKING: Pro-Life Ministry Building Firebombed in Wisconsin

The offices of Wisconsin Family Action, a pro-life ministry, were firebombed early Sunday morning in Madison, Wisconsin. There were no injuries.

“If abortions aren’t safe, then you aren’t either,” was spray painted on the outside of the building.

I warned folks on my national radio program that the White House’s refusal to condemn these out-of-control protests would eventually lead to this sort of violence. Click here to listen to the program and download the podcast.

Are you worried about more attacks on pro-life Christians?

In recent days a Catholic church in Colorado was heavily damaged by pro-abortion vandals and over the weekend, protesters blocked the entrances of church houses and protested outside the homes of conservative Supreme Court justices.

“The Madison Police Department understands members of our community are feeling deep emotions due to the recent news involving the United States Supreme Court,” Madison Police Chief Shon Barnes said in a statement. “Early Sunday morning, our team began investigating a suspicious fire inside an office building on the city’s north side. It appears a specific non-profit that supports anti-abortion measures was targeted.”

Let’s get real. This is a domestic terrorist attack against pro-life Christians and it should be treated as such.

“Our department has and continues to support people being able to speak freely and openly about their beliefs,” the chief continued. “But we feel that any acts of violence, including the destruction of property, do not aid in any cause. We have made our federal partners aware of this incident and are working with them and the Madison Fire Department as we investigate this arson.”

Gov. Tony Evers, a Democrat, condemned what he called “violence and hatred in all forms.”

“We reject violence against any person for disagreeing with another’s view.  Violence is not the way forward. Hurting others is never the answer,” the governor said in a statement.

Julaine Appling, the president of Wisconsin Family Action, told Madison.com that the firebombing was a “direct threat against us.”

“This is the local manifestation of the anger and the lack of tolerance from the pro-abortion people toward those of us who are pro-life,” said Appling.

Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) was livid.

“This attack is abhorrent and should be condemned by all,” he wrote on Twitter.

Ultimately, whoever threw the molotov cocktail is responsible for the damage and destruction. The terrorists should face the full force of the law.

But President Biden, Sen. Elizabeth Warren, the abortion industry and the mainstream media bear some responsibility.

Their refusal to condemn the violence lit the fuse.
