Students in a California school district are being taught that there are 10 sexual orientations and eight genders in the Left’s latest push to dismantle family and traditional values, Fox News reports

The Newport-Mesa school district is teaching children from the textbook “Comprehensive Health Skills for High School” which says gender is a fluid, social construct and differing sexual orientations are natural and encouraged.
A concerned mom in the district said the curriculum is normalizing sexual activity for young students.
“We are placing them in a situation where they think that this is safe, that this is healthy, this is how we show love. And so they are being exploited by very evil people,” Alicia Beget told Fox.

The textbook instructs the students that they may be bigender, gender fluid, transgender and many more.
Additionally, when it comes to sexual orientation, the students are given widely varying options to choose from including androsexual, demisexual and gynesexual.
Beget told Fox that this class instruction is part of a larger agenda in California’s schools.
“This is part of a larger agenda that those at the very top are well aware of what they’re doing,” the concerned mom insisted.
This is not the Newport-Mesa school district’s first time attracting national attention for teaching radical ideology in the classroom.
Fox previously reported the school district’s sex-ed instruction included a “Genderbread” man to teach kids about the vast array of genders they can choose from.

Further, the district has used a program called “Teen Talk” which has been taught across California and includes a video of two kids discussing what it’s like to be transgender in high school.
One textbook called “Comprehensive Health” teaches students to create their own gender profile with their sexual orientation and gender identity.
In response to Fox’s report, the school district said, “We follow the state-adopted standards for health education, which includes sexual health. We use a state-approved health curriculum with select modules, taught by credentialed teachers.”
The statement continued, “Parents can opt out their child from participating in comprehensive sex education. Parents also have the ability to review all curriculum taught in our schools so that they can be well-informed and make the best decisions for their child. We understand that there are varying viewpoints and beliefs and we follow California State Standards for curriculum, while also supporting parent choice.”
