CNN senior legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin, who was sidelined for masturbating during a Zoom meeting, defended Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson’s record on child porn case leniency.
“People who committed these crimes would order individual photos and then get them usually through email…this was all pre-internet, so once the internet came in and people got access to hundreds and thousands of photos, the sentencing guidelines would reflect hundreds and thousands of photos,” Toobin said.
