Despite a reported 1,066 percent surge in fentanyl, the deadliest drug in the U.S., across the border over the last year, “The View” co-host Joy Behar called it a Fox News “talking point.”

The ABC co-host made the claim Wednesday with former Trump press secretary Stephanie Grisham on the show.
“There are bad people who are also coming into this country. China knowing our borders are opening will have Fentanyl coming across our border like crazy,” Grisham said in part.
“Why does this sound like Fox News?” Behar said. “Are you spewing like talking points here? Well, where are your numbers? I don’t see stats.”
Nicholas Fondacaro, deputy managing editor at NewsBusters, slammed Behar for the “braindead take.”
“Living in a world of delusion, Joy Behar doesn’t believe Fentanyl is coming into the U.S. over the southern border from China,” Fondacaro said.
