Biden’s Support for Trans Athletes May Haunt Dems, Activist Says
A conservative activist said President Biden’s support for the LGBTQ community will cost Democrats in upcoming elections.
Peter LaBarbera of Americans for Truth about Homosexuality points out how biological female athletes are getting clobbered by males who identify as female and are allowed to compete.
“I think this will hurt Biden and the Democrats in the upcoming election because people are getting it,” LaBarbera said. “What he’s basically saying is he has the back of LGBTQ activists but he doesn’t have the back of girls and women, insofar as he supports the Equality Act which is the most radical LGBTQ legislation ever.”

Biden took aim at Republicans for the “onslaught of state laws targeting transgender Americans and their families is simply wrong, (and) I said last year, especially to our younger transgender Americans, ‘I’ll always have your back as your president so you can be yourself and reach your God-given potential.’”
LaBarbera expalined the Equality Act is against women.
“That’s also discriminatory legislation that hurts girls and women’s sports and victimizes women because the Equality Act basically would stand up for the right of biological men pretending to be women,” he said.
STARNES: Rep. Boebert Was Right to Rebuke President Biden
“This is a president who is 100% invested in the gay and transgender cause,” LaBarbera continues. “He’s sold out to the Equality Act. He doesn’t even see apparently the perspective of women and girls who are victimized by this trans activism.”
Law firms such as Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) are actively involved in cases involving biological female athletes saying their Title IX rights are being violated by having to compete against biological males. ADF says the biological female athletes are losing everything from competitions to scholarship opportunities.
