The Biden administration doesn’t know the difference between a man and a woman — or at least they refuse to give a definition.

After President Biden’s Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson couldn’t define what a “woman” is, Fox News reached out to several federal agencies to ask the same question.
The Biden administration’s Department of Justice (DOJ), Department of Education, Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the Federal Bureau of Prisons all failed to give Fox News Digital a definition despite having programs specifically for women.
The National Institute of Health (NIH) directed them to a page on “Sex & Gender” that does not define “woman,” and ultimately refused to give a definition.
“‘Sex’ refers to biological differences between females and males, including chromosomes, sex organs, and endogenous hormonal profiles. ‘Gender’ refers to socially constructed and enacted roles and behaviors which occur in a historical and cultural context and vary across societies and over time,” the NIH page reads. “All individuals act in many ways that fulfill the gender expectations of their society. With continuous interaction between sex and gender, health is determined by both biology and the expression of gender.”
Although the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) failed to define “woman,” it did release a document on “Gender-Affirming Care and Young People,” with treatments for transgender adolescents, including: “‘Top’ surgery – to create male-typical chest shape or enhance breasts;” and “‘Bottom’ surgery – surgery on genitals or reproductive organs, facial feminization or other procedures.”
The Biden administration is getting pushback for erasing gender on passports, adding “X” as a third option.
