Elon Musk is on a troll roll, firing off a series of tweets mocking Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders (D) after the lawmaker called out wealthy Americans to “pay their fair share.”
It all started when Sanders tweeted, “We must demand that the extremely wealthy pay their fair share. Period.”
The “Technoking of Tesla” replied, “I keep forgetting that you’re still alive.” Then asked the senator if he should sell more of his Tesla stock.
“Want me to sell more stock, Bernie? Just say the word …,” Musk commented.
But the Tesla CEO wasn’t finished using his 280-characters on Twitter to slam the senator’s call to tax rich Americans.
“Bernie is a taker, not a maker,” he remarked to one social media user.
