Vice President Kamala Harris was blasted for touting the U.S. “moving again” while hundreds were stranded for more than 30 hours on Interstate 95 in Virginia.
Harris’ official @VP account tweeted about the recently passed $1.2 trillion infrastructure spending package, while many, including former vice presidential candidate Tim Kaine, a Democrat, was stranded in the mess.
“Because of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, America is moving again,” Harris tweeted in the middle of the I-95 disaster. “That’s what infrastructure is all about: getting people moving.”
