I paid $4.49 a gallon for gas the other day — not in New York City – but in Memphis, Tennessee.
Almost a hundred dollars to fill up my tank.
And it’s even worse across other parts of the country where gas stations are preparing to raise the price for a gallon of regular unleaded to ten dollars.
And when gas prices go up – so does everything else. From a gallon of milk to a pound of bacon.
President Biden says the country is going through an incredible transition – making us less reliant on fossil fuels.

“Here’s the situation,” the president said. “And when it comes to the gas prices, we’re going through an incredible transition that is taking place that, God willing, when it’s over, we’ll be stronger and the world will be stronger and less reliant on fossil fuels when this is over.”
In other words – the pain at the pump is intentional. To bring about the Green New Deal – they want you and your family to suffer.
“It’s the most arrogant contempt for the working men and women in this country,” said Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX). “What Joe Biden is saying, is if you drive a pickup truck, to hell with you. You can’t drive your pickup truck. If you have a Suburban, you’ve gotta get rid of that. If you’ve got a minivan you’ve gotta get rid of that. We’re all getting Toyota Priuses.”
If President Biden and his radical band of tree huggers get their way, our children are going to eating tofu burgers at McDonalds and traveling to visit grandma in a horse and buggy.
