Oklahoma Requires Student-Athletes to Provide ‘Biological Sex Affidavit’
Oklahoma is requiring student-athletes from kindergarten to college to complete a “biological sex affidavit” to compete in the Sooner State.
Gov. Kevin Stitt (R) signed the “Save Women’s Sports Act” last March.
“When it comes to sports and athletics, girls should compete against girls. Boys should compete against boys,” the governor said. “And let’s be very clear — that’s all this bill says.”
The affidavit gives the option for “Male or Female” as the “biological sex of the student at birth.”
National radio host Todd Starnes said it’s sad you need legislation to codify commonsense.
“Welcome to woke America, everybody,” Starnes said. “This is going to trigger some people.”
Erin Matson, the executive director at the abortion and reproduction rights organization Repoaction, was triggered by the affidavit.
She posted one of the affidavits from Woodall Public School in Tahlequah.
“Do you understand what is happening? This has nothing to do with encouraging girls to be athletes,” Matson tweeted. “This is totalitarianism. It is the white nationalist agenda. The anti-LGBTQ agenda. The anti-abortion agenda. It is all the same agenda.”

This has nothing to do with encouraging girls to be athletes.
This is totalitarianism. It is the white nationalist agenda. The anti-LGBTQ agenda. The anti-abortion agenda. It is all the same agenda.
