Sharon Stone, a woman who plays make-believe for a living, called Americans ignorant and arrogant. The 66-year-old actress blasted her fellow countrymen during a panel discussion at the Torino Film Festival in Italy.
Stone, a devout Democrat, suggested that the reelection of Donald Trump would turn the nation into a fascist country.
“My country is in its adolescence,” she said. Adolescence is very arrogant. Adolescence thinks it knows everything. Adolescence is naive and ignorant and arrogant, and we are in our ignorant, arrogant adolescence.”
She went on to describe Trump supporters as uneducated and naive because Americans don’t travel and only 20 percent of the country have a passport.

Well, maybe that’s because the United States of America is the most exceptional nation in the world. And who wants to spend all that money to be treated rudely by the French when you can take the family to Dollywood or Branson?
Stone’s smears are not particularly clever nor are they original. It’s commonplace among Democrats to look down on those who don’t have advanced degrees in lesbian literature or who are confident in their personal pronouns. They loathe people who go to church on Sunday. They despise women who prefer to stay in the home and raise their children. And they downright hate men who embrace their masculinity.
Former President Obama said that we were bitter – clinging to our guns and religion. Hillary Clinton called us a basket of irredeemable deplorables. Joe Biden called us the dregs of society. James Comey’s goons at FBI headquarters called us smelly Walmart people. And most recently Kamala Harris called us weird fascists. I wrote a book explaining why Democrats consider us “lesser than.” Click here to read it.
The Bible admonishes us to turn the other cheek and that’s what we must do. And we must cling to the idea that we truly are a great nation and a great people from the lakes of Minnesota to the hills of Tennessee. I’m proud to be an American and you should be, too.
As for Sharon Stone, well most countries institutionalize their crazy people. But here in America, we just send them to Hollywood.
