In an interview with the famous “Dirty Jobs” host Mike Rowe, the “The Megyn Kelly Show” host recalled a “farting” incident from her first-ever anchor job on “America’s Newsroom” where she worked alongside Bill Hemmer.
Kelly told Rowe one of her guests mistakenly said “farting” when he meant to say fighting. The mistake caused Kelly to laugh irrepressibly, leading them to take the show to a commercial break.
“I was hosting a debate between a right-wing radio host and a left-wing radio host and the righty was accusing the lefty of being soft on terror,” Kelly said referring to the 2007 Fox broadcast.
Kelly told Rowe that towards the end of the segment the left-wing host said, “We’re going to fight the terrorists no matter where they are, no matter where they’re farting — fighting.”

Explaining the incident to Rowe, Kelly broke into laughter again and said, “I died, I died.”
She continued, “We had to go to break because I couldn’t get it back together.”
Kelly then recalled that as soon as they went to break her mom called her. When Kelly picked up the phone, she said her mom was laughing, too.
