The Biden administration is flying illegal aliens back into the country who were previously deported under President Trump, according to National Public Radio (NPR).
Two illegals previously deported under the Trump administration tell the publicly-funded network they were brought back under Biden and now their lawyers are demanding they be given amnesty as reparations.
Claudio Rojas of Argentina and Jean Montrevil of Haiti reentered the U.S. after they claimed that the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency retaliated against them for their open borders advocacy.
Rojas was deported to Argentina in 2019 while he was publicly advocating for illegals to be given citizenship.
“My deportation was under the Trump administration, and as long as the Trump administration continued, it would be very difficult for me to enter,” Rojas told NPR. “It would take a miracle.”

That miracle came in August when he landed in South Florida and he explained the door for reentry opened because of the Biden administration.
NPR reports Rojas is “one of several prominent activists who’ve been allowed back into the U.S.”
Montrevil was deported in 2018 and landed at JFK Airport in New York in October.

DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas defended the policy that was announced in September.
“We have an obligation to protect the civil rights and civil liberties of every individual irrespective of their immigration status,” Mayorkas said. “An individual’s race, religion, national origin and exercise of their First Amendment rights cannot be a factor in deciding to take enforcement action.”
Mayorkas announced “protected areas” where ICE agents will not arrest illegals, including “protests, rehab facilities, homeless shelters, schools, parks, places of worship, hospitals, rallies, and parades,” Breitbart reports.
