Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson told the Senators Wednesday she doesn’t know if unborn babies can feel pain.
Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) stumped Jackson with a simple question.
“Can an unborn child feel pain at 20 weeks in the birthing process?” Graham asked.
“Senator, I don’t know,” Jackson replied.
