Video resurfaced of a California plastic surgeon proudly claiming he has conducted “gender affirming” surgeries on children as young as 13 years old.

In the video, Dr. Scott Mosser, the founder of San Francisco’s Gender Confirmation Center (GCC), says he would operate on ten year olds and asserts “there’s no youngest age at all” for these types of procedures.
Mosser’s comments were originally recorded from a lecture at the Philadelphia Trans Wellness Conference which was held virtually last summer, the Daily Wire reports.
Mosser boasted of performing the surgeries on children as young as 13, while saying he would operate on younger children if it weren’t for the lengthy insurance approval process.

“I don’t think I’ve ever done a consult on a 12-year-old yet, but we would, if one came our way. We just haven’t had reason to,” Mosser said.
When specifically asked if there were a minimum age for these procedures, Mosser replied, “I do not have a minimum age of any sort in my practice.” “There’s no chronological age that says you don’t get surgery.”
In the presentation, Mosser told the audience about the GCC’s “secret missions” to treat these issues as if it’s the future.
He claimed the GCC tries to “live with our values 30 to 40 years in the future,” which puts them “in a mindset of extreme affirmation.”
Mosser explained this by saying that in the future gender will not be such a big ordeal and even suggested youth will be “screened” to discover their true gender.
The video resurfaced after former Tennessee congressional candidate Robby Starbuck posted it on Twitter Wednesday.
Starbuck captioned the tweet, “Dr. Scott Mosser admits they have ‘secret missions’ to normalize child sex change surgery at the Gender Confirmation Center in San Francisco, no minimum age ‘at all’ to get sex change surgery and he has done sex change surgeries on 13 year olds. This is what pure evil looks like.”

Mosser also claimed he is “super committed” to gender affirming care and added he has always been “drawn to things that are deeply impactful.”
Manhattan Institute senior fellow Christopher Rufo, who originally broke the story shortly after the conference, slammed Mosser in a tweet.

“According to his website, Mosser charges between $8,500 and $10,000 for this procedure. So he has generated up to $20 million in revenues for performing double mastectomies on girls and women,” Rufo wrote. “Gender ideology is a booming business.”

This story comes as multiple children’s hospitals across the country have come under scrutiny for these sorts of “gender affirming” practices.
