Americans are “pissed” at President Biden for his massive bailout for college student loans.

Several people called into the “Todd Starnes Show” Wednesday after Biden announced he was canceling some $300 billion in student loans.
“This is nothing more than a political ploy to bribe millennials into voting for Democrats in the mid-term elections,” host Todd Starnes said.
Dora from Florida called in and said she was “pissed off” for a variety of reasons.
“This whole thing with Obama and Susan Rice, they can kiss my grits as far as I’m concerned,” Dora said.

“Obama was the one that was pushing college education back after the 2008 recession. There were no damn jobs. I remember him telling people to stay in school and then they extended school loans and that, you know, it’s they’re getting a two or three or four because they indoctrinated the kids in the universities,” she said. “They hiked the prices in universities because they funded them and now they’re paying them off. This is a big corrupt payoff to their constituents. That’s what it is. And as far as I’m concerned, I put myself through school. There was none of this garbage going on when I was coming through the pipeline.”

Starnes agreed. “[Obama] was shaming people. He was telling people that, you know, if you go to a trade school, you’re a lesser than.”
Don in Georgia said the loan forgiveness should reward good behavior not “just reinforcing bad behavior by letting them off the hook.”
“This is actually financial degredation. It’s just ridiculous,” he added.
The Biden administration plans to cancel $10,000 of federal student loan debt for certain borrowers making less than $125,000 per year, and up to $20,000 for Pell Grant recipients. Roughly 43 million will be eligible. The student loan pause will also be extended through the end of the year.

There was an effort and it’s not so much that he was pushing everybody to go to college, Dora. He was shaming people. He was telling people that, you know, if you go to trade school, you’re a lesser than. And that’s one of the things I loved about Donald Trump, Dora, is that he embraced the trades, he embraced community college, and he said, you know what, there’s something noble. If you want to be a diesel mechanic, you go be a diesel mechanic. [00:34:01][31.3]
DORA: [00:34:02] Right. Trump did a great job. I didn’t always like his personality as part of the working women’s class. Sometimes he was coarse, but I felt his policies were unbelievable. And, you know, when I moved to Florida, I moved here four years ago out of Pennsylvania. Oh, my God. I’m so glad I’m out of there. I am so glad I’m out of the north and out of the liberal lot that’s going on in the corruption. I’m In the freest state in the country right now. And these guys are doing a fantastic job here. STARNES: [00:34:37] And Dora, let me tell you last night and we’re going to get to this in the next hour of the show. Last night, one of the best stories of the night, not so much the big elections. It was the school board elections where conservatives swept every single school board race in the state of Florida. What a great day in the Sunshine State. [00:34:55][18.4]
