An Alabama gun store owner is defiant after the state demanded his customized “LGBFJB” license plate back.

Alongside a Don’t Tread on Me image, the custom plate stands for “Let’s Go Biden” and “F— Joe Biden.”
Nathan Kirk, the owner of Blount County Tactical, was told by the state he needs to change the plate, which he paid $700 for, or lose his vehicle registration.
“My guess is somebody is a little triggered by it and they want me to turn it in,” Kirk told “Greg Kelly Reports” on Newsmax.

The Alabama Department of Revenue sent a Feb. 17 letter to him, stating in part, “the above referenced license plate contains objectionable language which is considered by the Department to be offensive to the peace and dignity of the State of Alabama.”
Kirk called their letter “pathetic” and said he won’t send it back.
“They can come and take it if they like,” he said. “That’s the only way to get it. I’m going to fight it.”

The businessman is seeking legal advice in his fight to keep the plate.
Host Greg Kelly said he believes it’s constiutitonally-protected speech, which Kirk agreed with.
“We’re all about keeping the Second Amendment alive, and now, the First with it,” he said of his company.

“Let’s go Brandon, right?” Kelly added, to which Kirk said, “Let’s go Brandon!” with a smile.
